Luanshui Bay Park covers an area of about 112 hectares and is divided into three parts: the south bank, the river island and the north bank, with a total length of 4 kilometers. The waterfront landscape of Luanshui Bay is like a string of emeralds running through the natural mountains and waters, which represents the literary conception and excellent visual effect of “large pearls falling into the jade plate”.

The project uses various engineering measures to renovate the miscellaneous, disordered, dirty and poor river channels, realizing the effects of widening the river channel, improving the riparian form of revetment, improving water quality, enriching aquatic animals and plants, stabilizing the riverbed, greening the floodplain, and ecologically treating the 50-year flood hard top slope revetment, restoring the river habitat and improving the vitality of the waterfront space.

Qianxi Luanshui Bay Park has improved the biodiversity and self purification ability of the water body, improved the landscape of the original hard dam and wasteland, created a friendly waterfront open space, and promoted the appreciation of the surrounding land and the development of urban tourism through the comprehensive treatment of the river course. After the completion of Luanshui Bay Park Project, a series of municipal, tourism and real estate development projects have been launched, which has revitalized the entire waterfront space.

Qianxi Luanshui Bay Park is another waterfront landscape after the reconstruction of the South Lake and implementing the Tangshan ring water system, laying a good foundation for Qianxi to become a national garden city.
